I’ve known Elyse since she was in the 8th grade. Even back then, her beauty, bubbly personality, and genuine sweetness shone through in every interaction. When the day arrived for her senior session at MICDS, I knew deep down that I was meant to capture this milestone. Golden Beginnings at Stone Soup Cottage
Our adventure started at Stone Soup Cottage in Weldon Springs, one Elyse’s favorite spots in St. Louis. Bathed in the soft glow of the golden hour, Elyse was surrounded by an explosion of sunflowers and other vibrant blooms. The sunlight played perfectly with her natural radiance, turning every shot into a slice of magic. This location was the perfect backdrop to capture the warmth and energy that have always defined her.
Elyse’s outfits were beautiful! they made her shine even more! All her outfits had been carefully planned to match the locations we visited, we had long flowy dresses for the flowers. Elyse looked like a princess!
Evening Elegance in Downtown Cottleville
As the day wore on, we headed to downtown Cottleville for our evening session. we were able to capture the beautiful golden light, we found unique locations and even more blooms! later in the day, we found a beautiful restaurant with gorgeous lights that we were able to incorporate in Elyse’s session.
Nighttime Vibes at the Factory in Chesterfield
For the grand finale, we ventured to a factory in Chesterfield for our night photos. The backdrop was a striking contrast to Elyse’s effortless charm. Under the starry night sky, the edgy setting brought out a raw, captivating side of her personality.
