I’ve always been the kind of person who sees the light in people.
The camera allows me to show people what I see, that you are a bright light in this world with so much to give! Senior photography is a perfect match for me because, at a very transitional time in your life, I get to show you (and the world) exactly how fabulous you are with photos that capture the essence of your personality.
Working with me will be fun from start to finish because the moment you meet me, you’ll see that photographing seniors lights me up…I can’t contain how much I love it! We will work together to personalize your session; from what to wear to where to go, I’ll make this fun and effortless, and you’ll have a fantastic array of photos you can’t wait to show off.
I’ve been featured in magazines quite a bit, had some international acclaim, and even won some awards for my work, which is cool…but nothing is better than the look on the faces of the kids and parents who see a photo I’ve taken of them that lights them up.

Each session begins with a complimentary booking consultation to discuss your ideas and answer your questions. From there, I will guide you through the portrait process . We will have a session planning / style consult where we will finalize all the details of your perfect session!
I won’t rush your session
Most studios only offer 90 minutes sessions. Not me! We are just getting started at 90 minutes! My sessions are 2 to 4 hours to ensure I capture every unique aspect of your personality and to allow for a variety of looks! I only schedule 1 session a day, so the whole day will be about YOU!

Blanca Photography's images are Authentic • Effortless • Radiant. Your final images will feel just like you—a true reflection of your personality, your style, and your story.
Unlike many photographers who rely on heavy, automatic skin editing that can leave skin looking waxy or overly smooth, I take a different approach. Natural, textured skin is in—and always will be. I’ve studied advanced retouching techniques and also work closely with a professional retoucher to ensure every image looks polished and real.
I’ll gently remove any temporary blemishes, but your freckles and natural skin texture? Those stay. Because flawless doesn’t mean fake—it means feeling confident in the most authentic version of you.

When do you schedule your senior sessions?
Senior sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Your session will start about 3–5 hours before sunset, so the exact time will depend on the season and daylight savings. In late fall and winter, sessions may begin as early as 1:00 PM In spring and early fall, around 3:30 PM In the summer, closer to 4:30 PM Ordering appointments take place on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
How can I book my session with you?
The best thing you can do is BOOK YOUR SESSION EARLY! I book out a few to several months in advance and have to turn seniors away every year because we’re completely sold out by the Spring of your graduating year!

Can I do really natural makeup?
Heck yes you can! my professional makeup artists can give you ANY look you want - from super glam to super natural, you get to control how you look in your senior pictures.
I have a special location in mind. Can we use it?
Some of my seniors have done part of their session at home, in a favorite library, or even at a cool local store—your session should feel like you. We’ll go over all the location ideas and plan something that fits your style during your pre-session Zoom consultation. Whether it’s downtown vibes, nature spots, or somewhere totally unique—we’ll make it yours.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept most major credit and debit cards, checks and cash. A $400 session retainer is due immediately upon booking your scheduled session. This ensures that your date is yours only and not open for any other clients.
What about photos with my pet or things from my fave pastime?
Yes, yes, and yes. This is your session! If those things are important to you, we will include them in your session. Please be sure to mention them prior to your session so we can plan accordingly.
