From the golf course to the wrestling auditorium, his home, and even a Lotus Evora sports car, this session had it all!

A Personalized Senior Photoshoot Experience

Hayden, a senior at Whitfield High School, is a dedicated golfer and wrestler. To create a session that reflected his passions, we carefully chose locations that were meaningful to him. This is something I always encourage for senior portraits in St. Louis—choosing places that tell your story!

Capturing Hayden’s Love for Golf

We started Hayden’s St. Louis senior photo session at a beautiful golf course. The light was stunning, highlighting both the lush greens and Hayden’s natural confidence on the course. Sports senior photography is always a great way to showcase a senior’s hard work and dedication!

Dramatic Wrestling Portraits

Next, we headed to Whitfield High School for some wrestling portraits in the auditorium. Hayden is a wrestler for his school, he has dedicated years to wrestling, so we knew it would be a huge part of his senior photos!

I love playing with lighting in indoor settings to create bold, dramatic images. Hayden’s intensity and passion for the sport really came through in these shots, making for some incredible senior athlete portraits.

Cozy Moments at Home With His Puppies

Senior photos should also highlight a senior’s personality beyond sports. That’s why we made a stop at Hayden’s home for some playful shots with his puppies. These candid, natural moments made for some of the most heartwarming photos of the session.

Fun and Candid Senior Photos in Forest Park

A St. Louis senior photography session wouldn’t be complete without a stop at Forest Park! This location offers so many incredible backdrops—from open fields to wooded paths— it was almost dark when we got to forest park, but we still were able to create unique photos!

The Grand Finale: A Dream Photoshoot With a Lotus Evora

The following weekend, we took Hayden’s senior photoshoot to the next level. Knowing his love for Lotus sports cars, we decided to use my husband’s Lotus Evora for a set of sleek, high-energy images. Incorporating a dream car into a senior session is such a fun way to add personality and excitement!
