Golf clubs, wrestling mats, puppies, Forest Park vibes, and even a Lotus Evora sports car… seriously, what more could you want?!
As a St. Louis senior photographer, I’m all about creating sessions that feel real and personal — and Hayden’s was the perfect mix of everything he loves most.
A Senior Photoshoot That Told Hayden’s Story
Hayden is a senior at Whitfield High School (go Warriors!), and he’s seriously one of the most dedicated athletes I’ve met — both a golfer and a wrestler.
From the very beginning, we knew we wanted his senior photos to showcase everything that makes him him — and trust me, we made it happen.
I always encourage my seniors to pick locations and ideas that feel true to their story, because these photos are about so much more than just looking good (although Hayden totally crushed that too!).
Teeing Off at the Golf Course
We kicked off Hayden’s session at a beautiful golf course, where the light was insane — soft, golden, and perfect.
Hayden’s confidence on the course came through in every single shot. Golf is a huge part of his life, so it only made sense to make it a centerpiece of his senior photos.
Wrestling Warrior Mode
Next up: we headed to Whitfield’s wrestling auditorium.
I played around with bold, dramatic lighting to match Hayden’s intensity and focus.
These shots turned out SO powerful — you could seriously feel all the years of hard work and dedication in every frame.

Puppy Break! (Because, obviously.)
After all the action shots, we switched things up with a stop at Hayden’s house for some cozy moments with his puppies. 🐶✨
Nothing says “senior year memories” like candid photos with your best (furry) friends.
These sweet, natural moments are the ones you’ll look back on and smile about forever.
Racing the Sunset at Forest Park
No St. Louis senior session would be complete without a stop at Forest Park!
We made it just as the sun was dipping below the horizon — and even after sunset, the sky gave us the most gorgeous backdrop.
Big open skies, soft clouds rolling in, and a moody, glowy vibe that felt so cool and cinematic.
Some of my favorite photos from the whole day came from these final moments — proof that even after the sun sets, we can still make magic happen.
Bonus Round: Lotus Evora Dreams
Because one epic session wasn’t enough…
The following weekend, we met up again for bonus photos featuring my husband’s Lotus Evora — Hayden’s dream car!
These high-energy, sleek shots were the perfect grand finale.
